2009 FAYFL, VAYFA, Virginia State and Atlantic Region Champs

12/10...Please join me in congratulating our 2009 AYF Division 1 JPW National Champion Bears. The Bears, coaching staff, and parent’s hard work has paid off. The Bears have brought home the first AYF National Championship to the area. They are also the first FAYFL team to win a National Championship. I think the entire community is proud to have such great players, coaching staff and parents. They have represented us all with the utmost sportsmanship and character. Their performance at Nationals and a 27-0 championship game win has extended their winning streak to 42 consecutive games. Congratulations to Coach Wood and team….

2009 FAYFL and VAYFA Regular Season Champs

Congrats to the PW Bears on thier perfect 8-0 season. Although suffering a tough loss in the VAYFA playoffs, the Bears have locked down a perfect season and the FAYFL and VAYFA regular season title

2008 FAYFL and Harvest Bowl Champions

Congratulations....after a hard fought 23-18 battle with the Dale City Pride, the 2008 PW Canes end their season 10-1 and can now claim the 2008 FAYFL and Harvest Bowl Championships. Enjoy some time off over the holidays and see you in Feb for indoor flag season.
