What's the difference between UrCom and a Social Network? |

UrCom is a public facing website that provide users with the tools to find and create Social Networks. Social Networks are instances of the UrCom platform that can be tailored and customized for your specific needs. |

How do I customize my Social Network? |

There are two ways to customize your Social Network. The first is within the UrCom Dashboard through the UrCom Customization Wizard. The second is within the Social Network itself. |

How many UrCom user accounts can I have? |
| A. |
You can only have one UrCom user account. However, with this account you can create and manage multiple Social Networks as well as join any Social Network that you are invited to. |

Can I create a virtual URL for my Social Network? |
| A. |
Yes. Virtual URLs (or website addresses) such as "http://www.urcom.net/social_network" can be entered when you create your Social Network, or modified in your community's Website Control Panel. Virtual URLs are unique and must be verified before authorized for use. |

Can I create a Domain Name (e.g., www.mydomain.com) for my Social Network? |

Yes. However depending on policies of your Domain Name provider there may be a small amount of customization required. |

Why do some of my webpages just say "Thank You"? |
| A. |
Thank You messages are the default text that users will see after triggering an event on your website. For instance, users will receive a Thank You message after registering for your newsletter or joining your Social Network. Thank you messages can be customized through the Messaging Website Control. |

Can my organization buy or license the UrCom platform? |

Maybe. We are still determining the right business model for the UrCom platform and will consider any and all requests to purchase or license the platform. |

I'm a developer, can I create components for UrCom? |

Yes. However, the "core" UrCom platform is still being developed and enhanced to allow application developers to extend UrCom functionality. In the meantime, please contact us. |
